$60 a year bothers me. I try to make smart moves when buying items and $60 to me is an extra game a year. Don't push that BS you can't afford a $5 a month. Same thing as saying You can't waste $5 a month for two years for a PS3.
My friend just lost his whole Summer of gaming thanks to the RRoD. Sure he goes out and stuff but he was looking forward to playing games too. And as for exclusive titles, Ratchet, Uncharted were oddly off by 1-2 points of AAA status. Odd isn't it when a few random sites gave it a low score and suddenly it went below 90% average. If I was rich, I would judge games only on quality. However, I am not so I need to think of how much hours I will spend on that game and whether it's a rental, or a buy.
Proper grammar is actually helpful because some of the comments I've seen; I couldn't tell one word from another. I wasn't bashing Gears. In fact I love Gears; my favorite 360 game and I'm sure the 2nd one is going to be more bloody and better. Only console I dislike is the Wii.

One thing that irks me about NBA 2k8 is how cheap the AI is. If you're winning by a lot, suddenly they play a hell lot better and catch up and win. Besides that, I love it.

In my opinion, Microsoft needs to step their game up. They started out strong but gradually losing fuel. Price cuts and Gears 2 might help somewhat but Sony is much more stronger than 1-2 years ago.
What I want to happen in Resistance 2 is that Hale is trapped with no guns by a chimera, and Cartwright snipes the head and saves Hale.
It does look good. The thing I liked with Resistance is that the guns are fun to use and there's always a twist for some guns. (Auger can burn through walls, bullseye can "tag people")
The thing that I wanted from GTA4 and Assassin's creed was to able to go IN many buildings. Sure it would've took them a lot more work, but would've made the games much more fun.
This would've been a different story if MS used a built-in HD-DVD player in the 360, but they didn't and I think that they will regret this decision. Bubbles+ to all.
